Outdoors
I try to be outdoors as much as possible, whether it be hiking, biking, or trying something new. Most of my time is spent getting tan under the sweet sun by trying to find new things to do outdoors. I go through phases in what I do so I don’t get bored, all while meeting new fun people to do take a part in these things with me.
Work-Outs
Having always been the athletic type, I take part in various activities to keep me healthy and in shape. These include anywhere from soccer to zumba, and everything in between. This new fitness class called “Pound” is all the new rage, so of course I have been checking it out too with my workout pals.
Traveling
My social circle includes a variety of people in different states, so it gives me the chance to travel to a new city and explore. Of course we go on road trips too, but having those connections help give me an anchor to know what places are best to visit. I have current plans in motion for several vacations, of which include overseas and cruise adventures. Stay tuned to find out what my travels entail and reveal about the great unknown.
Adventures
Being the adrenaline junkie that I am, my bucket list includes plenty of crazed adventures that I’m trying to check off. My most recent encounters included free falling and bungee jumping. Next planned items on the list is cage diving, hang gliding and sky diving. Not only have some of these outings brought me pain, but more so the cherished memories that go along with them. Knowing that I survived to tell that tale helps to make me feel more alive than ever. The moment I consider myself fearful will be my downfall.
Volunteer Life
This is my where my heart and soul lies ladies and gents. Currently I have volunteered at my city’s animal shelter for a little over two years now, but I am only getting started in the non-profit market. My passions lie in making the world a better place, or as some might put it “leaving it in a better condition than you found it”. I hope to help non-profits grow, while spreading the word about their existence and purposes. This is just my beginning and I have not even begun to accomplish my desires that push me forward.
